Amazon collects a lot of metrics, and some of their calculations can be confusing for your drivers. We make it easy for DA's to learn about each metric by allowing them to tap on any metric to see a detailed explanation of that metric along with how Amazon calculates the score.

We capture and pass along any color-coding that is attached to a DA's metric score in their scorecard so that anything that isn't fantastic is highlighted for visibility.
